Business Community
The Village Hall has 2 rooms that can be hired for Business meetings. The rooms are available 8.30am to 10.00pm, seven days a week. Currently we are closed on Bank Holidays but should a business need arise due consideration would be given to meeting a proposed request.

The Village Hall is located adjacent to Emerson's Green Library, both of which are situated in Emerson Way, rear of Sainsbury's supermarket.
General Facilities
The ground floor Park room offers a different style of room presentation. The room is light and airy and is furnished with casual cafe-style furniture. This is an ideal room for casual informal meetings, as an alternative venue for buffet lunch, or as a break-out or training room.
The Main Hall located on the ground floor is a large wooden floor area that is ideal for meetings and seminars that can not be accommodated in our first floor meeting rooms. With the provision of 180 seats in a theatre style layout and use of stage, the main hall is an ideal venue for the large gathering or a formal presentation.
The two ground floor rooms: Park Room and Main Hall, can be serviced via direct hatch connection to kitchen facilities enabling various levels of domestic or corporate hospitality support.
The main toilet facilities are located on the ground floor. Disable toilet facilities are available on the ground floor and first floor. Baby changing facilities are also provided on the ground floor.
The Village Hall has passenger lift facility to first floor, and disabled lift facility enabling wheel chair access to main hall stage.
Booking Arrangements
We welcome your enquiries for meeting room bookings. Please contact the Village Hall reception desk on 01454 862182 to discuss you requirements. Subject to room availability a pro visional booking will be accepted. A duly completed and signed booking form must be forwarded to confirm booking.
