Who do i contact to book a class?

The classes are run independently so you will need to contact the organiser directly.
Is there parking at the venue?

There is a small car park at the side of our building but with three rooms in use there may not be any spaces available. This car park is for attendees of the Village Hall ONLY. If you do park in the car park to use the building, you MUST sign in your car registration number on the monitor to prevent a £100 charge being issued. The car park is overseen by "Parking Eye" There is a retail park very close to us that you can park in if our car park is full. Please take note of the parking restrictions when parked in the retail centre (you get a longer time if parked over towards 'Boots')
Can I book a private party or event at the hall?

Yes, we welcome these events. Please email; reception@egvh.org.uk or call 01454 862182 to discuss requirements and to check for availability
Can we book a private party on a weekday?

Our main rooms are in use throughout the weekdays for regular classes. It is always good to check though as if a regular hirer has taken holiday the room may be vacant for a private booking.
Is the venue council run?

No, the hall is a self-funded registered Charity and is run by a board of volunteer Trustees. If you wish to join the board please email: secretary@egvh.org.uk for more information about the role of a Trustee.
Is there staff on site?

Yes, when the venue is open there is always staff on duty to ensure the smooth running of the classes, events etc.
What are the opening times of the venue?

The opening times can vary depending on what classes are running, school holidays etc. Currently the regular hirers opening times are as follows. Monday 9.00am - 9.00pm Tuesday 9.00am - 9.00pm Wednesday 9.00am - 9.00pm Thursday 9.00am - 8.30pm Friday 9.00am - 7.30pm Saturday 9.00am - 12.00pm Sunday 9.45am - 12.15pm Outside of the hours we can accommodate private bookings. Contact reception for availability
Can i extend the time of my party that I have already booked?

Yes you can alter the timings of the party, however we require at least two weeks notice to change any timings. This will not be guaranteed as staff availability and hall availability will need to be considered.
